Max Patch Engagement Session
Haylee + Stephen
This Max Patch engagement session with Haylee and Stephen is everrrrrything to me right now!!! I loved that Haylee and Stephen wanted to include their two sweet kiddos. I was so happy to have met the whole family!
Stephen and Haylee might have met in high school, but it wasn’t until years later that their timing finally worked out! Haylee’s family moved next door to Stephen in the 9th grade. Stephen admits that he had a crush on her immediately, but they didn’t hang out or date at all in high school. Now here they are, getting ready to tie the knot and make their family complete!
Despite Stephen being a little nervous talking in front of other people, he got down on one knee in front of all of Haylee’s family. During the last minute of 2018, as the ball dropped to ring in the new year, she said yes!
Max Patch was crazy busy the weekend we shot these – neither of us realized we had planned this session over Memorial Day weekend! But there was plenty of room for everyone, and we made the most of the beautiful view. Haylee’s daughter was such a great help to me – I need to bring her along to all my sessions! And little brother was just as cute as can be! He reminded me of my own boys. Full of spunk and sass and yet still charming and endearing, as little boys tend to be!
Haylee and Stephen plan on an intimate wedding in the Smokey Mountains of Gatlinburg. I can’t wait to see Haylee and Stephen AND their kids again this fall – this time with them as Bride and Groom!
