I’m only a little bit bias to this fall family session, since this is my sweet niece (and she’s even my ONLY “blood related” niece!). Since moving to Utah, one of our favorite perks is being closer to both Adam and my family. My boys absolutely adore their “Baby Aston,” and I feel like she was the perfect test to them getting a baby sister 🙂
We met these three up at Tibble Fork in hopes of catching some of the fall colors. I was surprised that we were still a bit early, but we did find some pale yellows and oranges hidden away. Aston was thrilled to have her cousins come along for her photoshoot, but this meant she was not so happy when she couldn’t see them. Good thing I’m her aunty and I was able to trick her into giving out a few smiles! I love seeing her feisty little personality and imaging where it will take her in life. She definitely comes by it honestly – she is my brother’s twin! Good thing she has Aspen’s genes to help tame her down 😉
I just love this cute family and am so glad I get to call them mine, and so glad I get to see them more often now that we live so much closer! I have had the chance to photograph Jeremiah and Aspen before they were even engaged, capture Aston’s entrance into the world (that one was a bit trickier since I had to fly from Maryland just in time!), be their wedding photographer in Italy, (they were the ones to finally give me the title Destination Wedding Photographer!! Woo!!) and now I get to be the one to capture this time in their lives as a family of three! Lucky for me, Aspen is a fan of film just like I am so I got to shoot both film and digital for their family photos. This is quickly becoming a favorite thing of mine!!
