why should we choose you over any other photographer?
It’s important to find a photographer whose images you love, of course! But another huge element to choosing your photographer is realizing you will be with them for the majority of your wedding day. In short, you have to like being around your photographer too! When you hire me, you’re getting my 15 years of experience, my artistic vision, my calming personality, and an overall wonderful Wedding Photography Experience. You'll not only see what happened, but you’ll feel the emotions all over again.
how would you describe your shooting style?
My style is a natural and classic approach that allows your images to remain timeless. I’m a hybrid film & digital photographer, and I love to use light to create images that are bright, colorful, and true-to-life. My editing will ensure your images remain beautiful from the moment you receive them to the moment your great-grandchildren view them.
DO YOU TRAVEL WITHIN THE US?
I love to travel! I especially love traveling all over the Southeastern US, but will happily travel internationally as well! I offer discounts for weddings on my bucketlist locations: Ireland, Greece, Alaska, or Italy.
Can you tell me why you shoot film?
It has a classic, timeless rendering and evokes more emotion and whimsy. It keeps my edits consistent and true-to-life - how we saw and felt life in the moment, and not just editing according to a fad.
DO YOU SHOOT FILM OR ALSO DIGITAL?
I am a hybrid photographer, which means I use both film and digital. On any given day, I determine which to use depending on the lighting and needs of the moment. I have multiple backups for both my film and digital cameras to ensure nothing is missed. Both mediums have their strengths and weaknesses and I assess which to use accordingly. All images will be delivered seamlessly in an online gallery for you to download and share!
