Midtown Park Engagement Session
Lynn + Evan
Meeting up with Lynn and Evan for their Charlotte Engagement photos was so much fun! We met up at the beautiful Midtown Park which had so many great options for photo locations. It also had a perfect view of the city skyline in the distance. Although it was SO hot out that night, we had an amazing sunset with clear skies which made it all worth it! Lynn and Evan didn’t let the heat phase them at all, and they killed the classy, downtown vibe!
I was so happy they brought their little pup, Lucy with them! I always love it when my couples want to incorporate their fur babies in their session. For some reason, it tends to bring out a different side to them! It allows me to see a peek into their little family and home life and I love that! I also got to meet Lynn’s mom since she was there to help out with Lucy, which was a real treat, too.
Lynn and Evan were so much fun together! They came to their session so prepared. Not only did they have fun ideas they wanted to try, but they also admitted they had practiced some of their poses!! This made me SO happy!! I just love it when my couples WANT to have fun at their session and put effort into making it something they will enjoy. It also means these photos are going to mean so much more to them when they have the fun memories to look back on, too.
Spending time with Lynn and Evan confirmed that we were such a great fit, and I cannot WAIT to see the two of them as bride and groom. They’re gorgeous – and even better together!!
