Ivey’s Hotel Charlotte Wedding | Danielle + Milap
Dani and Milap’s Ivey’s Hotel Charlotte Wedding was the most beautiful Indian fusion wedding! These two had so many moments of fun, joy, surprises, and love. One of my favorite moments was Dani gifting her mother the sweetest locket with photos of her two brothers that were unable to attend the wedding. Later, when Milap thought he was about to see his bride, Dani had a trick up her sleeve. Instead, she sent her cousin in a white robe to surprise Milap. It was so funny and showed off the silly and fun relationship that Dani and Milap share, as well as with their families.
But really the best was seeing Dani and Milap share their (REAL!!) first look together. Dani gave Milap a custom fortune cookie. Back when they were dating, Dani had given Milap a fortune cookie with the words “I love you” to share her feelings with him for the first time. Now, on their wedding day, the fortune cookie had the words “I do” written on it. Milap was so sweet and couldn’t fight back the tears. After, they shared their vows with one another. It was such a tender, sweet moment that I was honored to have witnessed!
