I’d been waiting a long time for this wedding! Nela and I had first met over coffee almost two years ago now! When I met Dylan for the first time to take their downtown Annapolis engagement photos, I knew instantly that these two were the perfect pair of high school sweethearts. My favorite moment of the day was watching Nela approach her groom for the first time during their First Look. All the stress of the day melted away, and a giant smile covered her face. With Dylan, all things were right. Being with Dylan was clearly Nela’s happy place!

Dylan’s best friend is currently serving overseas, and so he was unable to be physically present at the wedding. However, I loved seeing him being a part of the wedding in the only way possible —

My other favorite moment of the day was taking 5 minutes of alone time with Nela and Dylan right at sunset. Not only are the images oozing with the perfect golden light found only at this time of day, but these two are clearly so happy to finally be married. The romance is so obvious!
