Anniversary Maternity Photos
Sarah + Darren
My ties to Maryland stay strong!! I was just thrilled to hear from Sarah and Darren, and especially to learn they were expecting their first baby this fall. The last time I photographed them they were modeling for me and 10 other photographers! They were naturals in front of the camera, and so sweet to capture together. Sarah, of course, made a gorgeous bride. And now here she is, such a gorgeous soon-to-be mama!
I excitedly began to plan their anniversary maternity photos for a weekend I would be back in town. Sarah wanted a bit of a rustic touch, as well as photos on the beach. So we knew that Quiet Waters Park in Annapolis would give us the best of both worlds. The end of September brought us the beginning color changes for fall. We also scored an absolutely perfect evening with warm weather, cotton candy skies, and a perfect sunset.
I am so excited for these two and their new family. On Darren’s side of the family, there are only granddaughters and this will be the first boy baby to arrive! I just know these two will make the most loving parents to such a lucky little boy, and I’m honored to have captured this special time in their life!
