Atlanta Engagement Photographer | Ruth + Dylan
I’m in love with this gorgeous summer engagement session at the Cator Woolford Gardens in Atlanta! However, I am even more in love with this sweet couple! I connected with Ruth over our mutual inability to bowl! Ha! She told me that her first date with Dylan was for drinks at Punchbowl Social and then bowling. Ruth says, “As a terrible bowler, I barely made it to a score of 40, but I impressed Dylan by refusing to give up.” I told her that this was my exact story anytime I go bowling, too. It’s just not my thing, but I go for the laughs 🙂 And clearly, in this case, it worked in her favor!
These two have since traveled the world together. In two years, they covered 6 countries in 4 different continents. When Dylan decided it was time to propose to Ruth, he took her to the same chain bar they had their first date. It was New Year’s Eve. As they posed for a photo, Dylan surprised Ruth by getting down on one knee and pulling out a gorgeous ring.
Now the two of them are planning their spring wedding at Georgia’s Primrose Cottage. I can’t wait to see Ruth as a stunning bride, and for them to finally make this official!
