Craggy Gardens Engagement Session | Lanae + Eric
Lanae and Eric were simply a joy to photograph for their Craggy Gardens engagement session! They were so fun and happy together. These two met through a mutual friends’ party. Over the following few weeks, they kept running into each other. While Eric claims it was love at first sight for him, Lanae admits it took a little more convincing for her. But Eric kept at it, and she agreed to their first date. After that, sparks were instant! When Lanae told me about the proposal, my favorite detail was that Eric was so nervous, he had proposed with the ring box upside down. She said that detail was “the sweetest because he’s always so composed, and he was a ball of nerves!”
These two are the perfect match for each other. Lanae claims that Eric is the more free-spirited one, while she is more serious. Yet their differences combined is what keeps them laughing and their love growing! I loved capturing this exciting and beautiful part of their story and of course can’t wait for their wedding this fall! Craggy Gardens, as always, showed off with a glowy sunset and the unbeatable rolling hills of the Blueridge Parkway.
