Betty + John | Bryson City Wedding
Betty and John’s Bryson City wedding was such a dreamy summer day! We escaped the heat by traveling up into the mountains at Fontana Village Resort. Betty’s sister helped get her into her wedding dress. Betty has such a sleek, classic style! I loved her elegant neckline and low updo. Once Betty was in her dress and looking stunning, her and John shared a First Look that was so sweet and intimate. Afterwards, John and Betty’s mothers prayed a special blessing over the two of them before they headed to the ceremony.
The ceremony location was so serene and inviting. Up on a little hill and overlooking Fontana Lake, we all felt tucked away into the most peaceful wilderness. It was so magical! After they exchanged vows, they led each other back down the hill where John’s BIKE was of course waiting for them! I had photographed their engagement session where the bike had also played a large role in their photos, so I wasn’t surprised at all. It was so fun watching the two of them ride off and over the dam on his bike. I got in my car and followed them so we could take portraits along the lake.
Later that evening, we met back up for their reception at the Fontana Village Resort. They had the best speeches and dancing crew, making my job so easy!
